Millennia Village brings the venue, the grounds, the accommodation and the catering together in one place in Seremban.

Most event venues require you to coordinate across multiple suppliers. Here, the function rooms, the outdoor spaces, the kitchen team and the guest accommodation all sit within the same grounds. Your guests step from session to dinner to room without leaving the property.

The setting does a great deal of the work. A lakeside, forest trail and working permaculture farm give every event a backdrop that a city ballroom or conference centre cannot replicate.

A strategy day or leadership offsite that removes the team from the office and places them in a calm, natural setting produces different thinking. Millennia Village is built exactly for this.

AV-equipped function rooms, our multipurpose fitness studio, Move, and the salt-water infinity pool are available to guests throughout their stay. Saffron, the all-day restaurant, handles catering from breakfast through to evening dinners. Guest accommodation means the programme can run across multiple days without anyone commuting.

HRDC-claimable workshops and training programmes are well suited to the facilities. Share your brief and the team will configure the space, schedule and meals around your objectives.

Let your guests stay on

An event that ends at 5pm and disperses into a car park is a different experience from one where guests walk from dinner back to a comfortable room on site.

Guest accommodation is available as part of any event booking, at preferential rates. Share your headcount and dates when you enquire and we will build the full package: venue, catering and rooms in one proposal. Guests wake up on site and have the salt-water infinity pool, our on-site gym, Elevate, and the trail available from the morning.

Saffron, the all-day restaurant, handles event catering from breakfast through to evening dinners. Available for private dining, buffet service and plated sit-down meals. The kitchen team designs menus to fit the occasion, group size and dietary requirements.

Kopitiam, Millennia Village’s casual cafe, suits casual refreshments between sessions, informal gatherings and quiet moments throughout the day.

Our on-site kitchen is pork-free. For events that require halal-certified catering, we partner with established halal caterers who serve your event on the property. Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary requirements are easily accommodated. Let us know in advance and our team will plan accordingly.
The village accommodates up to 400 guests across our function spaces. Multiple spaces can be combined for events with mixed formats. See the capacity of each room.
Venue hire includes the space configured to your needs, tables and chairs, on-site coordination from our team and basic audio-visual setup. Custom decor, photography, entertainment and specialist requirements can be arranged through our partner network.
Yes, absolutely. Event guests enjoy favoured rates on our suites, which can be booked individually or reserved in blocks for larger groups. We encourage you to extend the experience with a stay either side of your event. See on-site stays.
Yes. The Piazza, Poolside and Rooftop terrace are available for outdoor functions. For weather contingency, we pair every outdoor booking with an indoor backup space that can be activated on the day if needed.
