Booking Policy

These terms apply to short stays at Millennia Village booked through millenniavillage.com or our booking portal. For event hire, see our Events team. For long-stay residency, see the Residency Terms.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM. Standard check-out is 12:00 PM.
Luggage may be stored at no additional cost in our secure holding area on either side of your stay.
Early check-in fees (subject to room readiness on the day):
- 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
- Before 10:00 AM: 100% of the nightly rate
Late check-out fees (subject to housekeeping schedule):
- Until 2:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
- From 2:00 PM onwards: 100% of the nightly rate
Guests booking direct via millenniavillage.com or our booking portal receive complimentary late check-out until 1:30 PM, subject to availability. Standard late check-out charges apply for bookings made through third-party platforms, or where the agreed timing is exceeded.
Reservation, cancellation and refunds
All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking. Millennia Village may pre-authorise the provided credit card for the amount of the first night’s stay prior to arrival, to confirm validity.
Free cancellation. Up to 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival date, by 3:00 PM local time.
Late cancellation. Within 72 hours of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes and service charges applies.
No-show. Where a guest fails to arrive, the credit card on file is charged a penalty fee equivalent to the first night’s stay. The remaining nights of the reservation are released for resale.
Mode of refund. All refunds are processed via the original payment method, to support financial transparency and prevent fraudulent activity. Refunds cannot be issued in cash, by bank transfer, or to an alternative credit card.
Period of refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to reflect in your account after confirmation.
Booking amendments. Changes to bookings must be made in writing (for example, by email). No amendment is guaranteed until Millennia Village provides written confirmation. Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change.
Pricing and taxes
All published rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Rates may be reviewed from time to time. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is the rate that applies to your stay.
SST is charged in addition to the published rate and is shown separately on your folio.
A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night applies to foreign tourists upon check-in. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents of Malaysia with MyPR are exempt.
Child and extra bed
- Infants (aged 0 to 5). Complimentary stay using existing bedding. Breakfast included.
- Children (aged 6 to 12). Complimentary stay using existing bedding. Breakfast is charged at MYR 28 nett per child, per day.
- Adults and teens (aged 13+). Extra bed available at MYR 100 nett per night, breakfast for one person included.
Pets
Small breeds (cats and dogs) under 10kg are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per room. Other animals require alternate arrangements off-site.
- Pet fee: MYR 150 nett per pet for the duration of stay
- Security deposit: MYR 200, refundable subject to room inspection at check-out
Liability and guest responsibility
A signed Disclaimer Form is required for all guests using the hiking trails. Guests participate in activities at their own discretion, including swimming, hiking, cycling and walking.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their property during their stay. Where accidents arise from natural causes, natural disasters, or where personal property is lost or damaged during the stay, Millennia Village’s liability is limited to that imposed by law.
